Training Organization Module

The training module has been completely revised, and both new and existing functions have been greatly improved and expanded.

Customer Benefits

Training management is now organized in a hierarchical structure, and starts with the training plan. This plan helps guide employees through their learning path, allowing multiple trainings to be grouped and arranged in a specific order.

Underneath the Training Plan, comes the Trainings, which can contain several Learning Modules. These modules offer flexibility for organizing and storing training content.

"In-person" training events can be schedule and organized more easily.

Progress tracking has been improved with new dashboards and progress bars. Additionally, the new Training Rollout Center allows you to create a Training Plan once as a Template, and distribute it uniformly to all employees.

Virtual Time Clock Location Coordinates

Improvement in Time and Attendance,with the use of Virtual Time Clock.

Customer Benefits

The process of capturing the geolocation of an user was reworked. Now, when you create an attendance from your mobile device (e.g. iPhone or Android), the system automatically captures your precise geolocation, ensuring accurate tracking and accountability.

Technical Details

The feature is now available out-of-the-box, and the only required action from the employee is to enable the geolocation tracking in their dynamics 365 app.

Datafox Configuration

Automated adjustment in Datafox terminal, which result in a sound after user interaction.

Customer Benefits

The Datafox terminal will emit a distinct sound whenever an incorrect entry is added. This proactive feedback ensures the accuracy and efficiency in attendance tracking.

Technical Details

When updating to RU 42, the new changes will automatically be applied to the terminals of the customers, without the necessity of any configuration.
