• No configuration of customizing required for upgrade from 5.0.2.0 to 5.0.3.0! (simple installation)
• No configuration of reporting components required for upgrade from 5.0.2.0 to 5.0.3.0! (simple installation)
• Licenses are "upward compatible". Thus, new versions do not require issuing a new license automatically
• The installation manual describes how to install the background worker for speeding up first calls
