HR Management

Navigation

  • Nominal working hours of an employee can be tracked via his employment contract.
  • After changing relevant data in the employment contract of an employee, the respective fields in the "Contract" section of the digital employee record are automatically updated.

Personnel Development

  • Maintain all the typical medical exams available for your organization. These medical exams can then be used for selection within a medical records.
  • For each skill, different skill grades can now be added and maintained. Only these specific skill grades are available then to rate a specific employee or candidate for a specific skill.

Attendance tracking

  • With the new attendance function, it is now possible to track attendance vs. entered times.
  • The weekly working hours of an employee can be tracked via his employment contract. The current value is available in the digital employee file, too.

Employee Cockpit

  • The new Rapid Time Entry function enables a weekly time entry on a grid basis. The user just selects the work items that are processed during the week and then simply distributes the work to each day. Total figures for each row and column help to get the time entry done quickly.
  • New charts in the Employee Cockpit give an overview of employees' attendance and tracked times.
  • With the new attendance function, it is now possible to track attendance vs. entered times.

Project Management

Project Management and Controlling

  • The new added project risk function allows you to classify all risks with an assessment. Additionally for each risk the risk handling and corresponding activities can be organized and tracked.

Project Planning

  • The first technical preview of the new Goldbright technology brings you a Work-Breakdown-Structure with inline editing possibilities. The whole function is based on the Microsoft standard entities and view so that it can be fully customized.

Attendance tracking

  • With the new attendance function, it is now possible to track attendance vs. entered times.

Billing & Invoicing

  • The billing functionality now provides direct links to the current timesheet and the according sales order to provide quicker access to these records to the users.

Dashboards and Reports

  • The dashboard for the Project Manager and the Project Portfolio were extended by charts for risk assessment. The risk assessment shows the risk of each project divided by the available risk categories.

Employee Cockpit

  • All entities and the navigation were updated for CRM 2013 and 2015 usage.
  • Introduction of a new area for all xRM1 settings in order to streamline the navigation and the user experience.
  • The activation and configuration wizard are added to the solution import page in order to give the user a quicker and easier access to the functionality.

Infrastructure

  • The activity calculation plugin is now set to synchronous mode so that the user directly gets a feedback on the calculation results.

  • A serial number is now automatically assigned to each idea.

  • Absence Management is not considering Timezone and Daylight saving times of the affected users when creating records (CAS-05290-L3R9P)
